



These were two images of the Unions side. The trees were a grouping that they used to locate themselves. 
This monument was erected by Pennsylvania for only the Union troops in I think 1908? Pretty amazing when you think about how long ago that was.

Now we were on the Confederate side looking across the battlefield where the union soldiers would be, this is were the Northern Virginia soldiers held their line. This was the final day of fighting the ended in a Unions victory. They say that about 25,000 bodies still lay beneath these fields.
